Hello, everybody!

I’m actually staying home today, Friday the thirteenth.  I intend to do a lot of catch-up reading and kitchen cleaning. Then artwork and also try to figure out how to centre my mandalas on a page…I’ve forgotten how I did that..sheesh! Pass the B1’s please!

This is today’s menu for me:

B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with low fat skim milk powder for extra protein

S banana sliced lengthways, topped w/ low fat peanut butter, sprinkled w/ raisins and the halves put together again then sliced into bite-sized pieces

L LF cottage cheese w/ unsweetened crushed pineapple

S cheddar cheese and LF multigrain crackers

D chicken breast stuffed w/ minced broccoli, chopped almonds, celery & onion and shredded taco cheeses & peppercorns

S celery pieces stuffed w/ cream cheese & rolled in sunflower seeds

SUPPLEMENTS:

multiple vitamin

iron

magnesium

VB1, B6, B12

Vitamin A

vitamin C

vitamin D

vitamin E

Omega oils

calcium citrate

1 fluid pill with potassium

Today is day 5 of my pouch test so here it is....

B-Chicken breast

L-steak

D-chicken or steak

I sure am missing my vegetables!!

I am feeling better so I think this is really working...NO carbs for the week...hope I can continue to avoid those darn things!!

B - FF Yogurt (plain) with truvia and some canned pineapple
Snack - Clear Isopure (Mango Peach) with 1/2 c. apple juic
L - 1/2 c chili w/cheese
Snack - string cheese
D - mini groundturkey/italian sausage meatballs w/marinara sauce

Good to take a day off of running around Nancy!!! You need it.

Well this is Day 5 of my Purification diet......I am still sluggish....must have a ton of toxins in me.

I worked out in the this morning....my girlfriend called me at 6:15 am and said "Get your butt out of bed.....I know you want to go workout with me"....I said" no, you are so wrong about that...but I will.....She said "Good, I am on my way there right now.....so I rolled out of bed and put on my swim suit and some clothes and went to meet her at the pool. I did feel better afterwards.

I will weigh myself on Monday, once a week.....anxious to see if I have lost anything.

Got all my supplements laid out and I am taking them.....oooohh I hate taking pills.
