What are we eating - MONDAY?

Good Morning, Family!

Another new week…another opportunity to face challenges and succeed!

Today, I led my two LifePath groups…one at 2-4 pm, then dinner, then the second one 6-8 pm. . Its so exciting to see the changes and the insights that my six young women are experiencing. Add to that, to see how the ripples of change, acceptance and open-mindedness flow and heal a whole family!

This Is my Monday Menu:

B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with low-fat milk powder

S banana & a piece of hard cheese

L LF cottage cheese w/ unsweetened crushed pineapple

S low-fat turkey kolbassa & multigrain crackers

D pork loin and salad

S six shrimp & hot seafood sauce

SUPPLEMENTS:

multiple vitamin

iron

magnesium

VB1, B6, B12

Vitamin A

vitamin C

vitamin D

vitamin E

Omega oils

calcium citrate

1 fluid pill with potassium

Hi Nancy!

So far today this is my plan:

bkfst burrito

1% milk latte

L-- 1 leftover Vietnamese chicken spring roll, left over brussel spouts

D-- grilled cheese sand on double fiber bread, 2% cheese.

S-- at least one protein drink, maybe two. 
S--  cottage cheese w/ yogurt

Hi Nancy...I am going to try and do the 5 day pouch test...my numbers are creeping in the wrong direction. Not bad but I don't want it to go any further.

Went to spin class at 0530...great workout! Wwwhhoooo but it was hot in the classroom, kinda like a spin sauna!!

After spin class, one small honey crisp apple
Breakfast: Everything omelet with sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and cheese
Pumpkin coffee
Lunch: hamburger patty with mushrooms, lettuce, cheese, tomato
Water and more water
Snack: Slim fast shake
Dinner: meat of some kind, green beans
Snack: V-8 juice or an Atkins shake

I gotta cut out my mult grain bread rolls for lunch, my size 6 pants are getting snug, gave in and weighed myself was up 9 pounds from lowest weight.

I like having my butt back, the lunges and spin class firmed up my basically no butt, was really flat, now it's nice and round and my thighs are very muscular with the spin class and weight lifting. Will have to get back to walking 3 miles a day again according to my trainer and do more stretching....Pilate's class here I come!

My body is like a garden, have to work on it daily...if I could only get a hoe and just take out the skin!!! LOL

Todays menu........not bad but could be better......

Start - Protein
B= Oatmeal
S= 1 apple
L= Turkey sandwich with salad
S= Fiber One cereal w/soy milk and 1/2 apple
S= Protein Powder and almonds
D= Pumpkin soup, 1 slice whole wheat bread (should have skipped the bread)

Tomorrow is another day...

Thanks Nance [and Rufus it's been awhile.


Well, I started my purification program today and it really went well. I doctored up my 3 shakes with fruit and Almond Breeze milk [it is made from Almonds as I can drink or eat Dairy.] I had to use somew Whey protein along withmy supplement powder and some Splenda. It actually was prety good.

Managed to get all my 21 supplements in and the who food fiber scoops. I had a organic instant lentil soup mix for lunch and a shake.

For dinner I made sucha ymmmy dish.....I cooked chopped onion chopped, celey and chopped onion and all organic along with organic garlic and cauliflower and simmer for a while in some olive oil with curry and tumeric powder...then I added light coconut milk and put ift over brown rice...it was great I even had a firend for dinner and she loved it.

I also managd to just get one more shake down before I head off to bed. I have not gotten allmy supplements in....I am just too tired to figure it out tonight. Thanks for doing this.

The good news is that I went to my weight loss doctor today for a check up and  I had lost 5 pounds since August. No wine, 1/2 cigarette, realy did prety good considereing.

Tomorrow is another.day however....Love, Marti
