not much positive to say today so will be keeping to myself quite a bit.....
beginning to really truly hate my job.......

roxie to the vets' after work-getting her "glands" squeezed-cannot tolerate that rubthebuttonthecarpet dance!!!!!!!

spent a few hours in genealogy land last nite- looking for a burial place of someone....tedious...wasn't much fun so i went to fb and played games....

My labs are outstanding! Not just "normal" but bariatrics perfect. The memory thingy is probably stress related.

Dr. M. tapped my tummy and said it was like a drum - yay for that rowing machine. Then oopsie - 3 damned hernias. That was no surprise and no immediate plans for surgery.

Belly problems - we talked about more testing. It is not worse, I told him no more testing unless it gets really bad. He agrees that this may be stress related.

Then we talked about antidepressants. (UGH) Nope, don't want them either. He agrees that this is most likely situational rather than chemical. PLUS, there is the likelyhood of appetite increase. That clinched the deal for me.

Time to get my head screwed on straight and make some changes. That life long habit of keeping everything bottled inside has to go!

This morning I am going to Melanie's Halloween party at school, then out to lucnh with my friend Angela, then a visit with the therapist to work on a plan of action.

Hope you can get things straightened out.  A meet with your therapist is a good idea and a plan of action even better.  You're on your way!

Had a rough night...up at 4:00...just couldn't sleep. Too many things running around in my head!!

Dwayne and I were going to a Haunted House last night. Got there and for some reason it was closed...wierd!

Lucas is doing better...the fever is down. Carrie sent me a pic of him (cell phone). He was trying to smile but I could tell he wasn't really feeling like it....poor baby!

Much of the same here.  Finally over whatever "bug" I had.....it was some sort of sinus infection that gave me a KILLER headache for about 5 days (maybe even 7) but I'm feeling better (not 100% but so much better I'm happy).

I have another fence coming today to give a price on a backyard fence.  I want to fence the whole backyard; Matthew just wants to put a straight line at the back to create a wall between us and the back neighbor.  Our yard is SMALL absolutely no privacy along the back!  My last house in NY I was on an acre which I landscaped like a park....I'm having trouble adjusting to being so close to my neighbor  (it's only along the back that bugs me....not the sides). 

I'm starting to plan for my next round of plastics.......if all goes as planned all the major stuff will be done by mid Jan or early Feb.  Crossing fingers, eyes and toes!

Been buried in developing my business plan.  I've decided to follow my passion and am go out on my own.  BUT the statistical analyst in me has me doing all my due diligence first to make sure this is a viable business idea and that there is a market for it in this area.  Funny thing is I am positive the market is there where I used to live but I'm not moving back.  I'm pretty sure while developing it locally I can also build it via the internet.  Wish me luck.

Good morning ya'll.

A busy day today.  Getting packed for our trip to Oregon.  Last minute things to be sure the house is 'buttoned up'

Gotta get a grandson from school and meet his Mom at her work to get him to a Dr. appt.  She works WAY on the other side of town and if I pick him up and bring him back to school it saves her from having to take 2 extra hours off work.  Since she is using all her vacation/sick days to get me to and from my own doctors, it's the least I can do.

Second chemo yesterday.  All went well.  Except this gal was NOT as gentle getting that needle in my medi-port!  I'm feeling fine.  I SURE hope that all these non-side effects continue when I start getting the full dose of chemo on the 11th!
