What's new Wednesday?
Good Morning All, Just a quick stop by. I've been "doing" Tylenol PM this week trying to get some sleep. It works, but I wake a bit rummy. However, It allows me to stay in bed even tho I still wake up several times at night. Janet, sorry, I heard the phone in the early hours a couple of times, but couldn't manage to wake up enough to get it.
I will go to TOPS this morning for a weigh in tho I don't want to. Even with all of the walking in Italy I fear a small gain. Need to reup my gym membership today and get back at it. Seems like exercise and lots of it is about the only thing that revs up my metabolism enough to let the scale move in the right direction.
I don't have any travel plans other than visiting family here in state until February when Mike and I go to visit friends in Beaumont, TX so no excuses to not do the daily gym routine.
It's 8:30am and TOPS starts in an hour so must go. Hope to get back to more regularly reading and posting here too. Sending positive thoughts your way.

Not much new with me. I've been with my job for ten years now and it's changed a lot in the last year. We have a board of directors now that is just interested in the bottom line. I got changed from salary to hourly too. We are a global company and it makes my job hard because of time zones. I would need to come in at 7:30 a.m. if I wanted to talk to someone in India. Unfortunately, because of the distance many think they can just not follow procedures by ignoring my emails. I don't have a lot to do right now because people just aren't following processes and sending me things. I've brought it up with management and they want to handle them with kid gloves. They are afraid of losing key people. They took away our 401K match. I've looked around for other opportunities but it's slim pickins these days. When I need to find another job, it will be a national and not international company.
Raining steadily here, but there is supposed to be sun tomorrow. It's just so dark out.
Margo got me thinking about the holidays and that has picked me up a bit. Hubby and I have gotten into the same rut as last year in following too many television shows. We come home, eat dinner and park ourselves in front of the TV. I'm breaking the cycle tonight. There's nothing I care that much about that's on tonight so I'm going to organize the office tonight.
I hope everyone's health woes have a good outcome and you feel much, much better.
Hugs
Bev
