What's new Wednesday?

Hi my OFF family:

It's nearly 1:30 and no one's started the thread yet? George, are you up (just jokin')? I'm sitting here on my first night in sports after doing my one page ... I actually not only got traded to sports, but to Muskegon (well, I still help out with any pages that I'm asked, but Muskegon needs me now, I'm told). I did a Muskegon sports page today, proofed a couple pages and now I'm sitting here doing nothing. But basically, I'm keeping my mouth shut and doing my job. I actually got a thank you from my boss today for my attitude. Gee, isn't that special?

Well, what's new with you? I still need to while away another hour and a half. I hope someone gives me something else to do soon. I brought reading material with just in case. I should get a lot of reading done if nothing else. (Actually, I proofed some business pages too because no one chipped in to do that.)

Post away ... I check back sometime after noon.

gm eileen and everyone

its almost 4 am in new jersey and im not sleeping well.  have my mom on my
mind, she is very depressed now, aware of her health status and not happy
about it.

and to add insult to injury, my hubby has not been feeling well for almost three
weeks, and now needs a colonoscopy next week, and also needs to see a
urologist.  he is scared and nervous , and i cant get away from the medical stuff
lately it seems.

im very much trying to take one day at a time, at least things have picked up a
little bit at work, it was scary slow there for awhile.

hugs to all in need, hope i have more cheerful stuff to post soon.

Telll your hubby not to sweat it, it is part of the aging process.  I have to go see my urologist yearly just to make sure everything is still okay.  Enlarged prostate (hope that is not TMI).

Hi Jacki,

Hoping that you get a break from all this stuff that is wearing on you mind soon!  Perhaps we need to meet up sometime soon. . .

Hugs, Laureen

Sorry about your mom and hubby ... medical problems are no fun. I hope all will be all. You need to get out and do something fun for yourself. Maybe a good movie and a day out with a friend? My coworkers took me out last Friday night after work for an "attitude adjustment," and boy, did it work. It was just what I needed. I still wasn't really happy about things, but they helped me get over the rough spots. Do you have someone to do that with you? Just get you out for a day and concentrate on you? I hope so.

Yeah, I am up.  Just don't think I should start it every day.  Try to limit myself to once every two weeks or so.  So, when I am bored I end up surfing around and eventually checking in here.

Having a fairly easy day at work, outside of being talked to for supposedly being unprofessional to a customer.  My supervisor disagreed, but he got the word from his boss.  The guy is a bigwig from another company our company deals with.  Oh well, such is life.  Just feeling a little bummed out.  Decided I would leave early tonight.  So, I called in 45 minutes PTO.  As soon as someone gets here to relieve me.  Also, I have a doctor's appointment today.  Just don't remember what he is following up on.  So, I told Mary since I am 6 weeks from my 2 year surgiversary, I am gonna request all sorts of blood work.

Morning George, Eileen, Jacki and all on OFF,

Its early here..about 5:35..I have a really early morning at school.  Its also dreary and rainy.  Everyone seems to be having a hard time lately..I pray you all make it through.
I feel so much better without the gall bladder, but I'm still having a problem with inflammation of the liver.  What's with that???  I don't know and the doc's haven't quite figured it out either.
Blessings to all..have a good day and keep smiling..
Got to run and get ready for school...little smiling faces are waiting for me!!!(elem. school-High school)

Today is my 3 year check up with the surgeon. Nightmares have plagued me for days. Not about my weight but the labs and this belly thingy I have been ignoring.

So many tests and they can't find the source of the problem. The thought of another surgery makes me want to hurl. (sorry, TMI)

So, I'll stop whining, let him poke and prod, then deal with it.

Kisses
