It's Monday - and I am here and Carla is not LOL - What's New?
Good Morning all.. the weather here has been the best that it gets in Texas. Cool fall weather. We need to take full advantage of it as it doesn't last very long. Didn't do anything special this weekend Dh was out of town working. Would have been a perfect weekend for the Renniance festival..too bad ...just hope there will be another great weekend before the festival is over.

Good morning George and everyone....
I had a really nice weekend. I went to my daughter Carrie's in St. Paul on Thursday. Kyleigh (granddaughter) was home and we all had such a great time. I spent plenty of time with each grandchild alone and all of us together. They mean the world to me....I am blessed!
Nic (grandson) is now home from Memphis/St Judes. There is NO new cancer!!! We are thrilled! He doesn't have to have treatment #5 as planned. In fact he doesn't have to go back for 3 months. Jamie, Travis, Nic and Grace are so happy. They can be home for all the holidays and birthdays etc.....even New Years Eve. It has been a long, long time since this happened!! Jamie is just so excited....no packing and hauling suticases around until January!! Nic gets to go to school like a normal kid...that is an answer to a lot of prayers! Thank you everyone!!!!
Yesterday of course was purple day...Go Vikings!! They won and we are so overjoyed....now next week could be tough...Pittsburg...we will have to wait and see!!
I best get back to my job. I do like to get paid!
I have a lot of catching up to do in this board...when I miss a few days so many things seem to happen.

Connie, I am so happy for you & Nic, & the family. The no cancer thing is great!!!! Glad you got to see the kids too. I try do have one on one time with my grandkids too. We had our oldest grandaughter for 4 days & we had a blast. She was bragging that she got me to shop for 6 1/2 hours. Anew record for grandma! We got her a homecoming dress. I was supprised at what 12 year olds are wearing! Will post a pic on my profile.
