So....I'm down on my hands and knees scrubbing (yes, the SILs come tomorrow) when my phone rang. It was the editor of our AR Life Magazine. It's a high falootin' mag that is read by all the high falootin' types here in AR. Yes, there are some VERY wealthy folks here. Who would guess???

Anyway, she wants to hire ME to do the hair on the models in a Dec photo shooot! This will be the second time I've done this, but the first time I've gotten paid for it.....name to be included in credits....

Yes, it does feel good. I've been at this for over 33 years, obese for 30 of that. I missed out on so many opportunities then. Makes me wonder "what could have been"? It's okay, though!
