Good luck with your prospective tenant!   Sounds like you're going to be having some fun there with live music and dance therapy.  I love to dance - so dance a few for me too!  LOL

Breakfast: Protein Cream of Wheat

Lunch: 1 lg Tablespoon of shredded chicken insides of a sour cream enchilada..YUM! Also 1 Tablespoon of 4 layer dip (beef, beans, cheese, sour cream)  How do I count this?!?

Snack: Protein drink

Supper: Steamed tilapia

Thank you deb for this thread, I like to start my day here also.
B-coffee with 1/2 &1/2 (if that tablespoon is the difference between fat and thin I will be fat)
    1 egg with 1/2 oz low fat chedder cheese
L-5 pieces of ravioli, 1/4 cup green beans
s-protein shake
D-1/12 digorno pizza- hubby's night to cook, lettuce with red pepper slices 1 T dressing
S-1 ounce protein special K-I like it instead of chips-but they are A little high in sugar
