Thank you deb for this thread, I like to start my day here also.
B-coffee with 1/2 &1/2 (if that tablespoon is the difference between fat and thin I will be fat)
1 egg with 1/2 oz low fat chedder cheese
L-5 pieces of ravioli, 1/4 cup green beans
s-protein shake
D-1/12 digorno pizza- hubby's night to cook
, lettuce with red pepper slices 1 T dressing
S-1 ounce protein special K-I like it instead of chips-but they are A little high in sugar
