Confused
I haven't been hungry since my surgery! Empty? yes, needing fuel? yes.
I'm guessing I'd disagree since I do 6 protein drinks/day and about 6 small meals. But NO SUGAR, so that means no milk (but I do other dairy)

I guess I really don't get hungry. Maybe a little twinge after a few hours of not eating. Starving? No.
You seem to have it down good with your diet. I do drink the milk with my protein drinks. I think that was the culprit. Not going to do that any longer. I tried the body fortress with water and I didn't like it.
I am going to shake it up and try something different and see if the weight comes off.

I do the 180g of protein in supps, but with water. When ppl ask how to lose a bit, we usually just say add one more 30g protein drink (powder + water, nothing else) and one more glass of water.

I haven't found a protein powder that I like made with powder and WATER. Just ordered 7 samples of the 23 gram protein drinks from you last night. Maybe I'll like that. As of now I'm still using skim milk with my body fortress protein powder. I seem to be able to keep my calories in check with doing one of those per day.
