I continue to suffer from the dreaded late night snack. I have to remember to plan it in the morning or I will do as I did tonight and eat candy corn with my DH. No dumping, just sleepy for about 20 min then awake.
S-coffee (if 1/2 tablespoon of 1/2 and 1/2 lies between failure and success, I accept my defeat)
B-protein shake
L-Left over chicken stir-fry from last night- no noodles for me ;(
S-1/2 banana
Dgreen pepper steak 3oz lean steak and a bunch of peppers on 1/4 cup rice-did not finish
S-6 candy corn from my husbands stash. Funny I do not crave or even think of sweets, but when I need something quick i will go for sweet. I don't understand myself.
extra S- went to bed and got up so I had a SF fudge sickle, then the other half of the banana, 1 tablespoon ben and jerry icecream. I can only hope it makes me dump so I will never do it again!
Not my best nutrition day-I will do better tomorrow.
my calories were still under 900 for the day.
Exercise- Just got Wii Fit and having fun trying to get my balance.
