What would Linda S say???  Golly, even though there have been many posts on the What's happening thread, there really hasn't been much action  otherwise. There were only three threads started yesterday....Hmmmmm

So, here goes. Let's get something started here!!!!

I haven't had much of an appitite the last few days, and have been super busy cleaning the house. So, I haven't eaten like I should and have lost a little over a pound. Guess I'd better get with it and get my act back together.

Bkfst:  cottage cheese w/ home made applesauce, toast
snack:  Benefit Fiber Bar, banana
latte
Lunch: leftover enchlada
latte

Dinner   not sure yet. Gary's not feeling well, so I don't know if he's going to want to eat. We'll see.

How about YOU???? What are you eating today? Staying on plan? Getting in your fluids, protein and supplements???  Let's hear it!

MMMMM, I love Wendy's chili. Sometimes Gary and I will get two baked potatoes and a large order of chili to share.  Cheap and yummy dinner

Protein powder in skim milk for lunch
water in between every meal
Cottage cheese and cheese and crackers for dinner
Snack Carbmaster yogurt.

No exercise today.  It's been raining out all day, and my exercise right now consists of walking the dogs.

Walking the dogs counts, doesn't it?

Yes, but not if I don't do it in the rain, which I don't  :)

Hmmmm   eating?  Oh yes...  sigh, oh yes.

I had such a horrible weekend of eating that I was bloated and somewhat sick.

Yesterday was my big shopping day for the month at the commissary.  I decided that there would be NO treats.....  I passed up so many "things" that I wanted but.....  I bought only one cheesecake piece.  I was sick this morning... dumping..   I sure cleaned myself out and am not sure from what.....

I made a menu yesterday and decided to stick with it.......  So far I have been sticking to it.  complete with snacks....

B oatmeal 1 bacon
S banana cheese
L tamale 1T sour cream   3/4c peas
S yogurt  blue berries
D chicken thigh  squash 1/4 c potato
S crackers  cheese ball

Have a great day...   at least try.....  lol

Aloha Susan...I don't usually do this but since you started it, and since I keep losing weight even though I eat lots, I'm going to post yesterdays' eats:

breakfast: apple banana with raisin bran & kashi go lean, also a 4 oz bottle of probiotic Dan Active
snack: nuts and 4 oz. of 'Activa yogurt
lunch: sandwich of peanut butter & guava jam (about 3/4 whole grain bread sandwich)
snack: skinny cow ice cream sandwich
dinner: 1/3 of chinese food leftovers plate, 1/2 energy bar
snack: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, sugarfree cookies & milk

I don't know why I keep losing because I'm eating lots as you can see!

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen

Hi Sweet Karen,

Have you tried adding more fat to your diet? Like 2% milk, more nuts, regular mayo, avocado on your salads and sandwiches. This is what my nut told me to do last year when I had gotten to thin. It's what got me going on the latte kick. I'd order them with 2% milk, then about twice a week, whole milk.  Maybe see if you can find sugar free, but not fat free ice cream sandwiches.

How about additional carbs??
