Here I go - wish me luck! Surgery tomorrow!

Doing the "fun" prep today.   Should be fine.  I'm already down 17 pounds from the two week liquid diet I had to do. 

It will be so great to join you all on the weight loss journey!  I plan to do really well, follow the surgeons "rules" and get this going.  Who thought I'd start a new life at 57?

I was lucky enough to just have to do 2 days of clear liquid (no reds) to prep for surgery.  I had a colonoscopy as part of my testing process and I got the "Go Litely" stuff.  I did go litely and had to have an enema anyway.  It was puky gross and never again.

I started my new life at 53.  Even though I am a bit younger, I was to the point where it was better late than never. 

You are doing an awesome job preop and you will be embracing the lifestyle and having a healther life.
