Yup! It’s BACK! MONDAY already!!
B Matrix hot chocolate protein drink made with skim milk (low fat) milk powder to add protein
S LF cottage cheese with unsweetened crushed pineapple
L 3 slices of rosemary ham spread with light cream cheese and almond slices sprinkled on top of that and rolled
S peach
D chicken thigh and spinach
S sharp cheddar cheese and half of an apple (whole apples are too much for Rufus)

Actually, this week should be an interesting one and I'm anxious to get it over with.
Food was a pain in the arse this weekend. Sat my bloodsugars flucuated all day. Then Sun. I was down with stomach pains with every joint in my body aching. I looked up Swine Flu, regular flu, etc. to see if I had any of that. Nope, I'm ok there for the time being.
B oatmeal 2 bacon
S fruit chees
L chili
S fruit peanut butter
D ? protein veggies
S protein ?

Went way over my caloric limit yesterday....did great on protein tho'.
B - wt. control oatmeal W/ 3/4 cup FF milk
S - carbmaster yogurt
L - Chicken veg soup, homemade with lots of veggies
1/2 cup cottage cheese/jello
5 multigrain crackers
S - protein bar
D - grilled chicken breast, salad with
romaine, cauliflower, fresh tomato, and FF dressing
S - 1/2 apple w/PB1

I will make another tray of turkey and roast beef roll ups. They're great to take to work for snacks. Also, yet another big batch of applesauce. I'm getting tired of peeling apples, so I might try to find one of those nifty hand cranked ones while I'm out today.
Dinner might be grilled chicken or a flat iron steak. Better decide while I'm in the shower so I can take whatever out of the freezer.

I have trouble staying with my plan so maybe if I post I will be motivated to stick to it.

L-healthy choice turkey madalions
S-pumpkin pie pudding (PP filling cooked like a custard, made with 1/2 Spenda and !/2 sugar and evaporated skim milk.
Hamburger with tomato (no bun)
S-cottage cheese.
