Nancy, you're an early bird - lol
Breakfast: Cream of Wheat
Lunch: Refried beans
Dinner: Not sure yet, maybe ricotta/mozaarella cheese with pizza sauce.
Definitely a protein drink today, even if I have to force it. I didn't get enough protein in yesterday.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Nancy, we could have PM'd almost all night. I think I was up about every hour. Kind of have a "productive" cough this morning. Hoping to get it loosened up and out of my body before long.
I have chili in the freezer but I'm thinking chicken soup also. Watched an Italian cooking show yesterday where they made a regional soup made of risotto, chicken, fresh peas. Even Campbell's sounds like it would feel good on my throat. Only problem is that it hurts so much to swallow.
I'm pretty much packed for my trip. Have to pick up some protein bars and snacks. We'll have a breakfast buffer every day, but are on our own most days for lunch and dinner. I get so overwhelmed in restaurants. Sure would be nice if I could find a "partner" on the tour to split meals with. Don't know if that is proper in Italian restaurants or not, but I just hate wasting food. Perhaps there will be soups and appetizers. . . .
I'm headed for some chicken broth. Hugs to all.
