Quick question about sublingual B12
I started using the cherry flavored melt under your tongue before surgery, and I'm still using this since I have it.
Prior to surgery, they had a sale buy one get one free, and so I purchased the liquid since a friend of mine told me that's what she used and happy with it.
It was later the nurse told me that she didn't like the taste, and since certain protein drinks make me nauseous, I was wondering if I should just exchange this for the kind I'm already using and thought I'd get other opinions on the taste.

The bariatric nurse may not like the same things you do! Guess I'm strange...I loved the berry flavor of the liquid B12. I changed to the Methylcobalamin B12 and it's a nice cinnamon flavor. The BA sublingual tabs I had just took forever to melt!
But since you like what you have....if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
