Breakfast: Scrambled egg with cottage cheese
Lunch: Not sure yet, either refried beans or protein drink.
Dinner: Again, not sure, but something soft and high in protein.

So far today I have eaten:
coffee 2 cups with FF half & half
2 eggs and a piece of whole wheat toast
teriyaki pork and snow pea stir fry
SF fudge pop
Going out for Mexican tonight. I'll be careful.
Getting some yard work done today and talking with my attorney. Sure hope the retirement thing settles soon so I can get some peace and serenity back here. It's always something.

Hi, everyone!
Rufus is alittle indisposed today. Last night, for dinner, I made awesome ribs...yup, BEEF! I ate two ribs....let's just say that Rufus kicked them outa there!. I went to bed at 9pm feeling ucky. Today , I'm treading lightly. When will I ever learn? *s*
