Its 5:45 for me.  Tried to go back to sleep when I got here.....  upstairs apt.   Princess is sound asleep.  I hoped for an hour or two of sleep but noooo.  Guess I'll do the shower and nap routine when I get home about 8:30...  could be worse but.. could be better too  lol

Not much going on in my neck of the woods.  Yesterday was "students" day at the Fair so school was let out early.  The gal I care for didn't go so we had a long day here.  Riding bikes and doing "little girl stuff" were the activities of the day.

I'm trying to get myself into a routine with my new ??? hmmm what shall I call it???  lifestyle?  I can't really call it a job or work... I get well paid but it is not really work.... lol

I'll need to get some peaches today for Peach, Mango Chutney.  I think I'll make this a short canning season.  I'm not into making the jam/jellies this year.  I don't eat sugars anymore and I have some left from last year.  I froze most of my berries this season.

Have a fun day....  laugh lots and giggle too

Good morning Linda, how nice to see you start us off today!

What a great cause to volunteer for, and what a great idea to have different churches each take a day. These things can be so overwhelming for a small group, but so much more can be done when folks join together.

I've been super busy after coming home from our trip to Texas. Worked 10 hours yesterday, not pulling in the garage until about 7:30. I'm so grateful for the business and enjoy my clients more than the work I do. Too many aren't able to say that, so I know how lucky I am.

Rain. Rain. Rain. Rain. Seems it's never going to stop!  One of our towns got over 8 inches yesterday!  A new maple tree in our yard doesn't look like it's going to make it from being too wet. It's already lost all of it's leaves. The nursery says there's nothing we can do about it, just wait until Spring to see.

Okay, time for some breakfast, do up a grocery list, get that done and then back home for chores and SaintBella. I have 5 gallons of lotion and shower get to fragrance. That should take up the rest of my day.

Please take care of yourselves....I love you all!

Good morning OFF friends,

It looks like it's going to be a rainy, damp day today.  After I finish this scrambled egg, I'm going to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, practice my piano lesson, and then tackle some house chores needing to get done, starting with my office.

Have a great Thursday!

Arlington, Texas (where the Rangers play) set two records.  The other day they got 9 inches in one day, which was a record.  Also, the town has already set a record for the most rain in the month of September and we still have 13 days left.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

The rain here has been amazing. We've gotten just about 70 inches this year!  Our three year old maple tree isn't looking like it will make it because of all of the water it's gotten. Poor thing has already dropped all of it's leaves.

Good Mornin' Linda & Off Family,
Good to see you posting, Linda.   What's new with me is that I have a new addiction - Farmville, on Facebook.    Now, I think I understand better why so many people use it throughout the day.     Cheap Plug:  Anyone play farmville & want to be my neighbor?

I'm now going two days a week to the Assisted Living Facility to help seniors send & receive email as well as surf the internet for items of interest.   They are really fascination with the technology & possibilities.  What a joy to work with them!   They use the computer & mouse even with advanced arthritus & parkinsons disease.   Makes me feel bad for grumbling about my little wrist aches & pains.

Last night, went to Grandson's football practice.   He's the littlest guy on the team & runs the fastest for sure.  Last night he played quarterback, hmmmmm.   He's the first athlete we've ever had in my family, bet he'll never have a weight problem.

Lots to do today, on my way to the college to practice with my duet partner, & then piano class.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning Linda and OFF family.
it's a bright and sunny day today in Kalamazoo!
Going for a walk later with Juli around the hospital, she has a fx. foot but her doc wants her to try walking again. I'll take it slow and easy for her, I promise!
After work it's spin class, I love that class, really gets me going.

Take care, saying several prayers for all of you that need it.

 Good mornin  You'll,
Man , About the rain, I'm glad your getting some , But dang, not so much.
We are dry as a bone out west, please send that liquid sunshine our way.
Today I just may clean my poor little house. We live off a dirt road, leave our front door open, you get the picture.
We went to our county fair yesterday, it was senior day. We laugh when we get a senior discount, just don't think of ourselfs as old enough to be discounted.
Sending you all Joy, Peg
