I itch like the dickens.  Makes me fell like I'm trying to scratch it off.  From what I'm reading here, I guess that's a pretty normal thing, eh?

peace & hugs, elaine

Hiya Elaine,I do not know if this itching thing is common. Now that we know so many of us do,maybe we can get to the bottom of it.
...and my bottom is one of the places that itches..

Good morning to you, sweet one. I can understand the itching since I do that too. I thought it was me but now I know that it isn't. It must have something to do with the wls since we all have that problem and it can't be the weather since we all live in different weather. I got the baby oil gel and rub that on my skin now. It smells good (I got the lavender scent) and it helps so much. My legs and arms sometimes itch so bad that I just dig at them. I end up with scratches and that isn't good either. So the gel does help so much.

I am going to see my grandbaby this morning. I was suppose to go see him yesterday but I got not to feeling to good and had some real problems with Harriet Hernia and just couldn't bring myself to go anywhere yesterday morning. So today is the day that I am introduced to my Grandson and I get to smother him in love, kisses and hugs from Grandma. He better get use to it since it is going to become a part of his life. I have to get the journal too....I am going to start writing one for him. I am going to write to him from my heart and let him know what I felt during different times of his life. I think I am going to give it to him on his wedding day. That is something that is going to be for him and I. I write poetry too and I am sure that there is going to be some about him too. I plan on sharing some with him too. That is something that usually doesn't happen.....no one usually sees my poetry.

Food today is up in the air. I have to spend the afternoon and evening at the funeral home. Ella's.........she is my bestest friend in the world.....father in law passed away and the wake and prayer service is today. Ella was there for me when Mom passed and now it must be me for her. She didn't really like her father in law, but then again neither did I. He was such a mean and hateful man. It is sad but the truth.

B: sf oatmeal with sunflower kernels
L: frozen entree of some sort (they are all low cal and such)
D: who knows because I don't know
S: pack of cookies if anything (I am still not eating them like I put down and boy am I impressed with myself where that is concerned)

Have a wonderful day and know that I am sending love and hugs to you. Prayers are going up for you and yours. Share that special and beautiful smile with others and you will get it back a hundred fold!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Hmmm, maybe I will try the baby oil, also see what Annette uses. I dig into my skin pretty badly too,and could not honestly tell if I had little rashes or not,but since you ladies did not mention it,I guess not.I have little scars from it!
I had to laugh at the father in law thing girl!!
Brenda, you have so much love to give, the baby is blessed to have you in his life.
Stay sweet.

Oh yes, itchy and *****y!  After a week of not eating so well, I'm forced to do better today.  Actually RE my post about coworkers daughter, I'll be lucky to have anything besides protein shakes that I can sip as I work and run today.  Got here at 6:30 and started working.  Took a short break to post, got back to work.  Now I need another tiny mental break and a potty break.  As soon as I can find someone to relieve me of phone duty, I'll go potty (hopefully before there's an accident ).

B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - hoping to get a few minutes for something other than a protein shake.  I have a stash of crackers and peanut butter and a single serving size chili.
S - maybe a yogurt or protein shake
D - if I can stay awake, some carnita (braised pork cubes with onion, garlic, and cumin, and some brussel sprouts)
S - me thinks me will be crashed by then!

One good thing, most of the docs understand I'm one person doing the work of three today and they are not hassling me for their work.

Debbie - who needs a potty break NOW.  Hey, somebody come cover the phones!
