TGIF!!! Does anyone itch? I have been itching, and thought it was one of my meds, but Olivia tells me her friend who has lost over 100 pounds so far from the surgery has serious itches too...anyone else??
B- 1/2 roast beef sandwich on wheat bread L-Tuna salad, with 3 wheat crackers, slice tomato D- Last of split pea soup..
I have to find a swim suit, chart says I am 14,long torso, down from a 52. The good thing is I know the style I want, but I am not anxious about it.

Hope your Friday is mellow!

I definitely have the itch.  Less than 3 hours.

I did not eat very sensibly today.  2 TV dinners.  Turkey and meat loaf.  Omelet of course.

Lots of cheese.  2 yogurts.  Some pretzels.

And still I maintain.  I am so amazed at what my body does.

Linda..... I know I have read before how much you lost.  But I never fathomed so many sizes.  WOW!  From a 52 to a 14????  And I thought I did good going from a 52" waist to a 38".  You embarass me..  LOL.  Have a good day.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

LOL,George, you are too funny! I too am amazed at my sizes, sometimes I look at a blouse hanging up,and think "no way this fits me",although I have already worn it.
I hate I got so big on steroids, and now I have a healthy fear of them, when I go into my knee surgeon,he is going to have to be one who uses some more modern treatments the ladies here have told me about.
Honestly,I have been in a funk and have not gone in for my almost full body XRays and such,I am afraid of surgeries, and the fact that I pass out and need that addressed scares me too.
Then the MRI tech told me he saw a piece of metal at the base of my head, that prevented him from being able to take pictures of that part, yet my doctor's office calls and says everything is fine makes me sad and angry,so I have to go and get a copy of that and take it with me to whom ever my neurologist turns out to be.
I have asked God to please help me walk through this and do what I must do.
I do not know what kind of TV dinners you ate,but I do not see the trouble with your menu. Men burn more calories, and it looks like to me some days you eat heavy, and some days you eat lighter. Isn't that more like normal?
Yeah,I may have to have a panni,I know they will do it,it is the only place I have any fat left at all.
Now if only my body did not honestly look like a California Raisin.
Smile...have a nice night and a good rest.

Itch? Not until you reminded me. Chickenpox
I apply lotion several times a day. My wrinkled skin just sucks it in. No Califonia Raisin here - maybe an albino one. Good visual Linda. Big Smile

Work this morning with my fun client, then the final training session at work. It has been a long, stressful week. I then plan to come home and curl up with a book. No cooking, cleaning, laundry - no nothing.

Yeah,I suck up a lot of lotion, wonder if it has something to do with our shrunken skin.
You have had a very busy week, you deserve some rest.
Hugs..

Good morning beautiful Linda!!!

Please make those appointments sweetie....enough said!!

I too am praying for a mellow Friday....I need one!!

Yes sweetie I am itching all the time....it drives me crazy sometimes. I thought it was old age...old skin. I am glad to know I am not alone. I apply lotion all the time ...it doesn't seem to help.My skin is not dry. I am going to see my doctor today for a follow up...I am going to ask her about it too!!

No appetite....will just wing it today. I promise to get my protein and water in for sure.

Love and oodles of hugs.....Boo...to you!

Hi Boo,we do the best we can, don't we? I also do not have dry skin. I was going to get some medicated lotion, see if that helps.
I love our little polls here, let's us know what is unique, and what a group of us are going through, and the darn lotion does not work really...not for long at all.
I promised God I will get on the ball on Monday,so I hafta!!
I am praying for you and all your family. I am wondering what you and Nic's favorite birthday song is....smile.
Love ya,sweet Boo.

Linda,

I wonder if the itching could be related to a vitamin deficiency?  I ask because when I was in college I had terrible itching, and my doctor said it was a B vitamin deficiency (I can't remember which B vitamin).  I took supplements and the itching went away.

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: egg salad
S: cheese stick
D: corned beef, cabbage, carrots
S: SF pudding
