Hi Brenda,
Lots of good thinking going on here.  I haven't much to say.  I am happy you are thinking about Kayden and having a relationship with him.  He would miss soooo much not knowing Grandma Brenda.  He might well be the thing everyone agrees about and can come together around.  I am concerned for you Brenda, you are very vulnerable with that beautiful big heart of yours.  I will pray that you will have the wisdom to make good decisions where all of this is concerned.  Hugging you reeeeeal hard!!!

Walking with you on this journey, Mary

There has been a lot of good advice in this thread.  I too like the journal idea.  But Marcia.... WOW!  You hit it exactly.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Brenda....I am glad you had a talk with Bill. When will he ever get this straight. Good luck with that!!

I agree....you need to have Kayden in your life somehow. None of this is his fault. He already loves you!!

I really like the journal idea.

Keep thinking on this...whatever your decision is it will be the right one for you and little Kayden.

God is right there at your side!

I love you as do so many others....we are right here for you.... whatever you need. Talk, laugh, cry or scream...we understand and we care.

Aloha dear heart.......I hope you feel the power of the people in here being sent to you. I read everything and can only echo what others have said. I see newborns all the time, and they are little "Blank slates." You have so much to write on that blank slate that would not be there if you decided not to be in his life. Please don't deny him that enormous gift!

Aloha nui loa,

Maui Karen
