Jean, welcome back, you were missed! I understand about the hand pain. You did the best you could. You prove once again that there is strength in our little forum for sure. It makes a difference,it saves me,Lord knows.
I am happy you are not going to let 6 pounds bum you out, because we know food is our drug.
I hope your pain lets up sweetheart,Yes,we have weakness, and we have pain, but it binds us together and makes us strong.
Even our families mostly, can not understand us like we understand each other.

Good morning to you, sweet Linda. I hope that today exceeds yesterday and tomorrow is even better than today. Just one day at a time is all we need to worry about. We both need to concentrate on making today a better day. Shall we make that deal........you and me and out life.......how is that one, dear one?

Bill and I are talking so that is an improvement. I am still torn on the baby. Part of me doesn't want to see him to become close to him and love him and then have him torn from me and that is something that is a very real possibility. Then there is the part of me that really does love him....I went through the first months of his life and prayed and loved him and you just can't turn that off either. Choices are not always easy to make.......all I can do is pray that I make the right one.

Food is still kind of iffy around here. I get hungry and then it goes away. I am so glad that now I don't have to eat all the time. I know before wls if this stuff happened I would be stuffing my mouth with anything that wasn't nailed down non stop! I would just be stuffing 24 hours a day.

B: sf oatmeal with sunflower kernels
L: frozen entree of some sort
D: something fast and easy~I have a meeting at church again
S: not sure if there is one~but a pack of cookies if there is

Yesterday's food went alright. Nothing great and nothing really bad. Just is what it is. I had some chicken for dinner nothing earth shattering that is for sure.

Have a wonderful day and know that I am sending love and hugs to you along with prayers for you and yours. Have a smile on that beautiful face of yours and that will bring happiness to you and those around you. We must keep our attitude of gratitude. Sometimes it is hard but in the end it is worth it.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Brenda, they say coincidence is God's way of staying anonymous, between the weebles yesterday, and what you have said of an attitude of gratitude, which I was thinking of and asking to have for today,I believe there is a message there.
So it's a deal dear Brenda. We have to do something about the pain, but we have to also remember there has been much pain and betrayal suffered for us.
As hard as it is to do,I believe we should never be afraid to love.
I am happy you and Bill are weathering the storm once again,I do believe it makes you stronger.
Peace,just for the day,and love.

Hi sweet Betsy,I hope you enjoyed your cookies. I think it awful when we eat something outside of our usual and then regret it. It is like beating ourselves up.
Yes,today is a new day....and you had some different food for a few days,it has no power over you, unless you give it power.
Isn't it wonderful to have choices today?
I remember when I would eat a whole box of cookies at one setting,I feel so fortunate not to be able to do that today, nor the desire to do that.
I hope you enjoy your planned noodles today, and your family.
Have a great day!

Hello again, Linda,

My handle, RoseyNo, comes from a little girl I once knew who played with my daughter.  Her middle name was Rose, and I would tease her all the time and say "here comes my little Nosey Rosey" then it turned into "my little RoseyNo."  She was the most precious little girl, always smiling and so loveable.  Anyway, that's how RoseyNo came about - lol
I hope you are feeling stronger and better with each new day!

Connie, I'm so sorry to hear about Kyleigh.  My prayers are certainly with you through all of this.  I sent you a PM a while back, not sure if you received it or not, but please know I do understand what you all are going through.  Hopefully, things will get better very very soon.

Jean, glad you are back.  Hope everything is better now with your computer and your hand.

Brenda, hope everything is going well in your neck of the woods.  I haven't seen my great niece yet either....and I was so excited about her birth.  I will definitely have to be a pest and call to go see the little one since no one has given me the okay to visit yet.  Be strong, God will handle this mess for you!

Wishing everyone a very happy healthy Wednesday!

Debbie
