PIRATE'S BOOTY w/aged white cheddar, puffed rice and corn, all natural and good for you.  I took the 'good for you' as the key word for I should be eating it..:)

I get it at Costco, my grocery store carries it. It's puffed popcorn-like.  It's addictive so don't start unless you can discipline your self.  I love it, but I keep it far away and when I want something snacky or salty in the middle of the night, I drag it out.  I have a HUGE bag but they make smaller ones.

My secret's out. That's the only Booty Call at my house.

Janet...you had me wondering..Pirate's Booty....Johnny Depp came to my mind too!!

Thanks for explaining this to us. Sounds good but I can see where it could be addicting. I think I will stay away from it for now.I haven't see it anywhere around here anyway.

Only Booty Call at your house.....LOL....you are funny!

Good morning Linda & OFFers

the good = I slept until 7:00 AM
the bad = it's cold
the ugly = ME. I look like I wa**** by a truck instead of spending the evening with a 2 & 3 year old. They about wore me out but it was all fun.

Pirate Janet has stumped me too.

Kisses

Thanks Linda....I am trying my best....we all are.

I just spoke with Kyleigh....she was rude and disrespectful. I just have to keep praying it gets better soon. I really love her so much!! We won't give up on her no matter what!

I finally mailed Nic his birthday gift today...he will get it a couple days late but he understands.

I am hoping to have a better evening tonight.

I just went tanning and now I need another shower!!!

Love and many hugs....Boo...to you!

Kyleigh knows you all love her,she knows you all will not give up on her. She would not act out so if she did not know that,I know it sounds strange.
I hope you get to relax after your shower,my dear, dear Boo.

Linda,

I've been off the Internet since my computer died on Good Friday - just got it back yesterday afternoon.  I gained 6 lbs during that time, I think because I couldn't participate here on OH (my daily support group meeting), couldn't maintain my food log (yeah, I know I could've done it by hand), couldn't do my writing (did do some of that by hand, but it wasn't easy - my little old hand cramps up easily), and at the same time I was on a reduced exercise schedule to allow the bursitis in my hip to calm down.  Oh well, it's only 6 lbs.  I've lost it before and I'll lose it again.

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: sausage and bean casserole
S: cheese stick
D: shrimp & avocado salad, mushroom barley risotto
S: SF pudding
