Yep, you guessed it MORE of the same from BA
I think they should give them to you for free as an act of customer relations. I think they should be told you are a member of OH, (aren't they advertisers here,or am I mistaken)?
I think they should realize how many members we have and how you can legally share the service you are receiving from them.
But then,I'm from the 60's.I have also worked (mostly sales), for banks, credit card services, the largest in the country, for well over 40 years. Shame on them...

I am having a little problem with BS too.
I ordered my calcium and vitamins from them and signed up for the auto delivery program. As it turned out,I really don't like the products as much as I thought. I was ok with the samples but when you take them everyday it changed for me. I think their calcium is too gritty.I called them to see if I could send them back and get something different and they said they don't take returns if they are open.
I sent them a message to cancel my auto delivery and they told me to just put my account on hold in case I wanted to order again. So, back in November I did put the auto delivery on hold and haven't ordered since.
Now I get calls and e-mails telling me that I need to place an order. I called and told them I really don't want to order again and I now want to cancel my auto delivery.
Now they are telling me that their policy states that if you are on auto delivery you have to order at least twice or they will charge your credit card for the cost of the first order delivery, which if i recall is $9.80.
I told them I wasn't aware of this policy and they promptly e-mailed me a copy of it.
Now they are being NICE ??? and saying they will keep account on hold until August and if I don't place an order by then they will charge the shipping charge.
NO, this is not the type of company I want to continue dealing with.
The man I spoke to on the phone said they really don't want to keep my account on hold for 5-10years, and August should be enought time to decide to place another order.
REALLY? At this rate, they won't be around in 5-10 years.
I use Celebrate Vitamins and they taste fantastic and customer service there is great.
Bariatric Advantage, you need to get it together to keep your customers.

Oh my gosh Susan you should frame that email and hang it up. That is priceless. (oh, not really, hmmmm, guess the whole thing is pretty pricey when I think about it)..... The extent to which this is ridiculous amazes me. I'm looking for a bang-up ending now! Hugs from me...
