90's?  Hate that.  We are supposed to get in the 80s and I am dreading that because Mary will want the AC on.  As far as I am concerned it can stay off until it hits 90.

My food, stays the same.

B- Omelet
L - Chicken
S - Chicken

Snacks - Turkey meatballs.

I did have some Chex Mix that I made.  And a couple of SF Peeps.

Time to go read now.

Hey there! Good to see you,I hope you enjoyed your birthday! Well,I have lived here for almost 8 years. Since I have lost weight,I am much more cooler....smile.
I avoid direct sun,I have a perfect tan,(grin),and one of my meds says to do that. I mostly get by with a fan, even in my bedroom, which is on the 2nd floor. I guess if I have the knee surgery I will be living downstairs...no problem with that,as I could not sleep in my bed for a year after surgery due to body pain.and slept downstairs in my recliner, now I fit on my couch too, with plenty of room.
The heat feels good on these aging bones! 90 is light stuff for me.
I hope you have a great night, you do not seem your jovial self.
Take care,God loves you,and I like you!

How very perceptive of you.  I don't think I posted it here (but I may have).  My son lost his job Friday.  He has a wife and three kids to support.  It sort of bums me out.  He is a good kid (31 years old) and has a good head on his shoulders.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Dear George,my brother in Christ,no,I did not see a posting here if you did one. When you say hello to someone almost everyday, and share little things, you come to know them in a way.
I will pray for your son and his family, our country is such a sad, scary place right now.
What sort of work does your dear son do?

Brad is a dock supervisor for freight trucking.  He has done that for 10 years now.  He started as a dock worker and worked so hard, that within 90 days of starting he was made a supervisor.  Been doing that since then.  Company has been sold twice, both new employers chose to keep him on.  Now they are cutting corners wherever they can.  Layoffs/terminations.  It is scary.

Good morning to you sweet lady. I hope that your feeling much better. It may not be perfect but sometimes just better is the best you can do. I know it is for me.

I am feeling better about the situation here. I got a call from Shawn last night (he left a message) and asked me if I was coming to see the baby. When he hung up he said that he loved me.....yeah right. Tell me another story. But Bill went to see the baby and brought home a picture on his phone. I changed it to wallpaper for him and he said that he was cute. I just said that he was a baby. I am calling myself Weeble Brenda......I may wobble but I don't fall down. That is the most important thing....not falling down! It doesn't matter how wobbly you get just keep on standing.

Food is going to a try today. Nothing much changed yesterday. I am at a all time low for the weight now. So something good came of it. I should keep it up..........

B: sf oatmeal with sunflower kernels
L: frozen entree
D: pulled pork with taco seasoning and steamed veggies
S: not sure if there will be one

Have a wonderful day and know that I am sending love and hugs to you along with prayers for you and yours. Have a wonderful day and don't forget to smile about something. Heck it could be anything at all so just smile.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
