Yippee, I weighed this a.m. & I am down to 215 lbs. I don't know when or how this happened, but, I am glad to see this number. If you forgot I was up to 250 at one time of regain. So whatever is going on I will take the results. I go to the Doc tomorrow & will check their scales & see we if we are close, just to make sure. (I am one of those skeptics,) but, I like this number real will. Maybe I can just get below 200.  I will wait to change my ticker after going to the Doc!!

That is great news! I am so happy for you.....your tool is working and you are working it......what more can you ask for?

My bet is that the weight loss is going to help the finding the job too. Your mind is in a more positive level and it is going to show through. Keep up that great work and things can happen that you can only imagine!

Thanks Brenda,
I really think it's being back on the Zoloft (anti-depressant) just about a month now &
it's keeping my mind off of the food thing. I know God is on my side always, so Great
things are on the horizon. ( His timing of course) & that is always the hard part in these
tough times.

Hi Marilyn,
What fun!!  Those are the great moments, when you get on the scale, and then do the happy dance in the bathroom.  lol  I wish you much success in losing the 15 pounds to get below 200.  Blessings on your journey....

Walking with you on this journey, Mary
