B- protien shake
L- chicken on a salad
D- who knows

What's eating me is I was awake at 7:30 this morning, but didn't sleep well last night so I went back to sleep.  I woke up at 9:15 (church is at 10).  I needed to shower, do my hair and drive for 30 minutes to get to church.  Naturally, I didn't make it and knew I wouldn't be able to.  It really ticks me off when I miss church.  Well, I'll pray anyway, I'll just miss the sermon.  They're always great.  I go to a church where most anything goes.  My pastor sometimes rides his harley onto the stage and brings it into the sermon somehow.  he's a real guy.  Anyway, I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Hiya Jan, I am sorry you missed church,it sounds really nice,non- denomanational I am assuming. So true you can pray, maybe there is a member you can call and see what the sermon was about,I am also assuming it is not taped, like for shut-ins and the ill.
Your menu looks good, and it sounds like you needed the rest this morning.
I hope you have a good Sunday too! Bravo to you for not doing emotional eating because you are ticked off!

Hello my dear Boo! I am taking it easy, changing my menu,as I have not eaten anything yet, gonna have a protein shake in a minute.
Fangster is in charge for sure...LOL.
Gonna have a little Milk of Magnesia soon,it is what my NUT recommends for grumpy pouches,
Enjoy your day babes. I am watching Bonanza and watched Gun Smoke, haven't done that in awhile. Grandson has discovered he likes Bonanza...smile. I think that is so good as it always has a moral to it,good over bad and such.
Take care!

It is evening but I wanted to say HI

I had a great day with my M&M's. We played "Octopus" while their Grandma Sue sat and laughed. The game is our version of hide and seek. I hide, the little ones look for me, I jump out and yell "Octopus is coming" then we all run like hell. They are never certain where this old grandma may be lurking. I even fit under the leg rest of the recliner. After about an hour of running laughing and hiding, we all lay on the living room floor and giggle.

Life is incredibly fun after WLS!!!

PS - keep on talking to Romeo ... all on your terms of course.

Awwwww Annette,it is wonderful to hear of your playing with your M and M's.
What a great vision,it makes me smile.
I like Romeo,it is funny because after I became ill,and divorced,I first said "no more men",then I said if there was a man,I would want him to have some disabilities,as opposed to one I could not keep up with, which I felt with the last one,who was younger and never got sick. Well, this one is active enough, has a great sense of humor, but understands not feeling well. The ex judged me,judged my having to take meds, miss a day of work (although I was paid)....etc.
Romeo likes to travel, spends part of his time in other states visiting his kids different times of the year.
He is purchasing a home here though. I am glad I was able to say I missed him,and I am now convinced he was asleep,he sleeps wild. I like cuddling, but everything will be on my terms, and he was not trying anything. He was hurt and offended, but after inching away from him twice and hitting the floor (ok it was an air mattress,LOL),but hitting the floor twice I had it,and went home!!
He was so embarassed I called Olivia, and wanted to know what she said....grin!
I will go out with him again,we are going to the movies, and I will go home and watch movies or shows with him and cuddle, 'cause it feels good and it's been a long time...smile.
I told him if anyone hits the floor again it is gonna be him!
