What we are eating and what's eating us,Friday!
goood morning
gee now i have to go check my underwear, ha ha ha

im all mixed up with my food choices the last few days, i need to screw the head
back on correctly.
todays plan which i hope i can stick to
coffee
strawberries with yogurt
lunch out with my sis prob soup and salad
dinner chicken with something not sure
snacks- i need to cut back on those, im snacking tooo much

I do not give food nor medical advise,but I can share my personal experience. My NUT told me anytime I got hungry to eat more protein,I do not know how much protein you eat,but she said I could not go wrong with that,the more dense,the better, Let me know if this works for you,ok?
I tend to eat about 4 small meals a day depending on my appetite,sometimes I feel like a nut,sometimes I don't. She says I can go up to 6. You will work it out,we are not supposed to be walking around hungry,but bad,enriched,starchy (sp) foods can actually set us up for cravings. She said to also eat good carbs because they actually burn fat.
Just sharing my personal exerience. I hope you enjoy your day. Yogurt for me has always fell on the liquid side unless I add Kashi or something to it.
