Tuesday -what's new?
Hi Margo and my OFF family:
Oh, it's good to be home and sleep in my own bed with my kitties! Scooter snuggled with me all night, I think he really missed me, and I know I missed my babies. While I loved seeing my family, I'm so happy to be home. I'm supposed to get things ready for this condo community garage sale, but quite frankly, my body is not into it. I'm still getting over this cold and I'm just not feeling very good. I have a little headache (from the back of my neck) and if I had gotten moving earlier today, I would have gone to the chiropractor and had him fix it, because I can feel the pain in the neck there. But I slept late ... hey, I'm on vacation ... and the chiropractor closes at noon on Tuesdays.
So I'm still in my jammies, but I should get out of them so I can do laundry and go out later and get mail. It's a gray, gloomy and chilly day. I have no plans ... just baseball to watch. Did that all day yesterday when I got home. I also need to exercise somewhat ... I haven't done my PT for three weeks now and need to get back into it.
I need to do my city taxes, but they're not due until May, so I have time yet. But I keep putting them off ... they're the only ones I can't do online, so I have to print out my federal and state and then figure them out manually ... and I'm not good with math.
Well, I should go. On my first cup of coffee. Have a good day.

Can I say I hate Verizon!!!!! I spent 2 hours in their store this morning. First Carls phone is acting stupid and we had to get a replacement phone fo rhim, Then my phone sound went dead. They are shipping me a new one tomorrow.
It is raining to beat the band here. Supposed to rain all day.
gut up early to get my B-12 shot and some blood drawn but they couldnt get the blood. New people there so have to go back tomorrow to have the regular nurse get it.
Oh to have good veins would be heaven!!!!!

I had an appointment with my GP today and he is very pleased with my weight loss (39 since Sept. 29th). He said if my blood tests come back good I won't have to see him for 6 months. Being a diabetic that is terrific news! I have been off metphormin since Oct and things are going great. Also my blood pressure is great and I have been off that medicine for 4 months. So thankful I had this done!
I have choir practice and Bible study tonight.
It is cool, grey and off and on showers here. Sun is to be here on Friday and warm things up. I am definitely looking forward to it!

Hello everyone. Not much going on with me today except I have to work way too hard at my job. I'm just getting worn out that's all. Too bad I don't have anything saved for retirement or I'd retire.
Anyway, Carla.. I think it was our funny man Marc that had the funny story about waiting in line at Verizon. He posted it quite a while ago but I bet he would remember it and tell us about it again. I never have a problem when I go there but I have heard horror stories.
