Good morning Margo et al.

Good day yesterday.  Good night last night.  I actually went from lunch to break (2 hours) staying logged into my phone and still not taking a call.  Life is wonderful.

Make good choices today and every day.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Hi,

Dont know how much talking I am going to do but yesterday a mirror broke and it bit me while trying to clean it up so I am hurting a little.  I won't be doing alot today.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

I sure hope the mirror bite wasn't really bad. I will pray for you to feel better soon and the pain to leave as fast as it can.

Morning one and all!

Not much happening here, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Lots to be said about routine, huh? Working until about 7:00 tonight, so it will be a long day. Same tomorrow, so I make a pan of enchiladas and tuna noodle casserole for the fridge. At least I don't need to worry about cooking this week.

I went to the doctor yesterday to see about these foot cramps that I've been getting during the day. Not at night, thankfully, but they're bad enough during the day that I have to stop working and try to walk them out. I've tried all the usual.....lots of potassium rich foods, rubbing, standing on a rolled towel. I drink plenty of fluids, so who knows. He order some blood work, so we'll see in a couple of days. It has to be some sort of imbalance, so I'll let you know. Probably means another pill.

Okay, girls and boys, that's it for me. Hope you all have a wonderful day today!

Susan

Susan, you reminded me what I should be doing. I do it on occasion and then forget for the most part. That is making dinners in advance. That is something that comes in so handy when time is at limit which seems to be most of the time now a days. I have a feeling when I start babysitting Kayden it is going to be the same way or even worse than it is now.

I hope that they find the answer for the foot cramps. I wonder if it is low potassium......but then that is usually leg cramps. I get them in my foot too and boy do they hurt.....but mine usually goes away fast so I am glad about that. Let us know what the blood work shows and take care........I love you!

Mike and I both take over the counter potassium. It's not expensive and seems to really help Mike especially.

I'm at work (at a hospital, I had my bariatric surgery here also)
My friend Maggie is getting her RNY today at 1:30pm. Please keep her in your prayers. She is so excited and I'm going to tell her to come to this forum. I just know Maggie will be a success. She is so upbeat and happy. Mag even got me to teach line dancing last month b/4 our support group. She had to take a few breaks but that's okay and she got great exercise too. Betcha in 2 to 3 mths. she won't need those breaks during dance lessons!

Prayers are going up for your girlfriend and her surgery. She is so lucky to have a friend that has walked the path that she is starting.

Alright OFF's, we gotta move it over for Maggie and don't forget to dust your area........we have to make it look neat for our newbie!
