The topic for this week is Your Favorite Lunch Recipe!
So let's dig into the ever present recipe box and share with out sibs here.
Remember......one recipe per person so we can have this topic more than this one time.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
1 foil package of tuna packed in water
1 heaping tsp. of l/f mayo
1 tsp. pickle relish
1 stalk of celery, chopped finely
First, Fluffy gets a spoonful of the tuna, so I can finish making the salad....then mix rest of ingredients....it's better made early in the morning so everything can combine nicely. I usually have 5 whole wheat crackers with mine, and some fruit.

My fav....
1 slice 35 cal wheat bread - toasted
1 slice tomato
a couple of pieces of lettuce
1 slice of peppered turkey
1/2 slice of cheese of choice
low cal mayo and mustard
toast your bread. spread the mayo & mustard on it thinly. put the turkey and cheese on it and microwave for 20 seconds. Add the lettuce and tomato.
Serve with a tossed veggie salad with the dressing on the side. (Dip the lettuce into the dressing lightly---uses A LOT less of dressing!)
This is my all time favorite sandwich. It's half a sandwich and its got veggies!
