Hi.. I am 10 weeks post op and 12 weeks if you count the two week pre op liquids only. I have lost about 30 lbs, but I have be at a plateau for about a month! This seems crazy, to soon for a plateau! I can't keep down solid foods like meat or much of anything. I have a spinal injury so I can't excercise or walk any amount that would be helpful. I am kinda feelin like a freak !! Liquid protein will not even stay down anymore. Anyone have any advise on how to kick this plateau in the buns??
