happy easter to everyone
im working on getting rid of the leftovers today, not much around, i sent most of the stuff
home with my guests yesterday
but we had a nice celebration
so prob
hard boiled eggs
chopped liver and chicken soup for lunch
dinner not sure
leftover fruit salad for snacking

I'll be editing this all day, I guess, for accountability...
But at 5 a.m. this morning I had a 1/2 cottage cheese and 6 oz of carbmaster yogurt.
I'm hungry again.. it's 9:12... and I wonder why I'm gaining.. probably should just drink something when I'm hungry... I read that somewhere. I don't drink much at all during the day....
hmmm.. brunch...then lunch... then...

We're going to our daughter's house for a lasgna dinner. Can't wait to see everyone, especially those two lovely grandchildren of mine!

L--salad with canned 2oz turkey breast and 2oz monterey jack cheese with lite Miracle whip
1/2 orange
S. boiled egg and 1/4 orange
D. 2oz pork rib
1/2 cp green beans
1/4 cup mashed potatoes (if can)
S. strawberries
I am loosing again, planning, keeping track of food, exercising and drinkning water! 6 pounds to Onerderland!
