Ohhhhh my!!!  Bought a package of these little cuties last night!  They were surprisingly good - I was proud of myself that I only tried one and gave the rest to my teenagers to try (They both said BLECH!  haha)  Anyway....have a beautiful day!  Debra

Funny you should mention this today.  I love Peeps.   I came home from work this morning and found two packs of them sitting on the kitchen counter.  My wife loves me.

Glad you enjoyed them. No offense but I couldn't stand those peep things with sugar ... lol. Everytime I see "purple peeps" it reminds me of a joke a friend at work and I had going on (weirdo boss made a negative remark about purple peeps we found hillarious). Enjoy the weekend!!!

((((( hugs Sheila ))))) I have been around but just busy with "home" projects. I am cooking and baking for my son who has to work on Easter Sunday. I made PB fudge last night, baked the ham Weds (cut it up and froze it in portions), baked cupcakes today & boiled eggs. Tomorrow I will whip up scalloped potates, frost the cupcakes, thaw some ham, cook some green beans and take it all over to him at work. I am sure his co-workers will help him chow down. He can take the rest home to enjoy. Have a lovely weekend and HAPPY EASTER!

I found some at WalMart - they only had yellow chicks, but I liked them...
But couldn't find them the last time I was there.  I guess they are all sold out now

I'm so glad you Peepsters found the SF version but those things just gross me out...sugar version or not. Not only do they look like alien embryo's they are gaggingly (is that a word?) sweet.

Hope ya'll enjoy them!

Dee, I agree...the regular peeps are too sugary for me so that is why I gave the SF ones a try.  Not going to do that again.  haha  Love your avatar!  We have a 3 yr old female chichuaha (sp?) named Nalla...she is the queen of our home (or so she likes to think).  She is best friends with our pomeranian/chow mix 'Joey' - they make quite the pair!  Debra

Have you ever put a peep in the microwave?  Try it.  Watch through the window of the microwave.  It's a hoot.  I don't eat them, but I do confess to staging a periodic microwave swordfight with peeps equipped with toothpicks.   OK, now you guys know how truly .... odd .... I am!
