Hey Everyone 

I can't believe how fast this week is going by....it's been so busy and finding time to exercise has been a challenge.  If I feel I can't get a "formal" workout I at least make sure I take time out to walk and or get away from the stress.  Even if it's going to the store and walking around.

Rocky and I are going to hit the sidewalk today for a walk and also doing some Leg work....

Lunges
Squats
Leg Press
Leg Curl
Calf Raises

Nope, Haven't gone for a walk in about 2 wks. Maybe I will get out of the house today. It will probably change the mood of late, as well. I was walking 3 times a week
& just got lazy. You might just have woke up this body & mind today.
