Ladies.   Thank you so much.  You have all always made me feel welcome here.  Even when there is a discussion, it is done with the attitude "this is my opinion, take it for what it is worth" instead of "this is my opinion and it should be yours."

I will hang tight.  Thanks again for all of your very kind words.

Are you crazy, George???  Since I've been on this board I've enjoyed your posts immensely!  Don't go anywhere!!  I love reading about your family and baseball (of which I know nothing about).

(Just between you and me, I'm not crazy about the MI board.  I feel much more comfortable here)

Consider yourself a rose between many thorns.....

All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press
on to your destination.

One of the reasons I felt bad about being here was my propensity to talk about baseball.  I love my baseball, almost as much as I love my grandkids.  LOL.  You all have reassured me that it is okay to bring up anything.  Thank you so much.

By the way, expect an Eddie baseball report tomorrow night.  I am taking off work to go watch him.  Told him I pay more to see him than the Rangers.  When I go watch him, I take off work and do not get paid for it.  $60 at least each night is lost.  God, I love him.

 George,

Most of the ladies have said the same things I want to say.... except...  I wish more men would post.  I do value the opinions, jokes, banter and fun that men bring to the board.  It's a dull world when we post only what one wants to hear.  The individuality of the people add color and spice to my life.  And no, I'm not a baseball nut but then you don't sew either... do you?  That is my passion.  I enjoy the lively enthusiasm you share about Eddie and his games.  (wanna see my quilt?) lol

I don't know where the other men are but I know they are here and I for one would like to hear from them.....

KEEP ON POSTING....

Is  it a baseball themed quilt?  I could have used one at the Ballpark Monday when the temperature was 42 degrees when I arrived.

George please stay!!!! I am a baseball nut & I love your stories. Of course the Detroit Tigers are my team. I remember going to the games as a kid. We would take the bus downtown as we lived in the country. Also we all brag about our grandkids, thats what grandparents do & I love hearing about everyones!

I will definitely pray for your team.  Pray that they recover after the whupping they will receive this weekend.  Pray that we don't hurt any of your guys with our line drives.

LOL.  Just kidding you.  I understand what you are saying.  I just want a nice weekend of good baseball.
