question about Vitamins and B12 regular

Today I purchased regular vitamins, Centrum Silver and Nature Made B12 from Walgreens.
Is it o.k to take these, instead of the bariatric ones I was taking? The Vitamin looks big, I would have to split it, and the B12 says time release. I was just wondering if I am able to swallow these instead of the sibliminal, would it be o.k. I am almost 3 months post op. I read on one of the posts that Centrum Silver was O.k but there were so many kinds to pick from, didn't know which one to get. I did not see chewable. Hope somebody has advice for me. Thank You and Hope everyone has a HAPPY EASTER.

Can you check with YOUR dietitian about the Centrums? Mine said they are fine.

The B12's need to be sub-lingual, slip them under your tongue and let dissolve.

There are so many vitamins, each program has different ideas, and it gets confusing.

Happy Easter to you also.Easter Basket

I've taken a Centrum clone since day 7. I've never had problems with them, but of course, they're not all inclusive. No iron, calcium, A, D, E, K, zinc enough B's and swallowed B12 is LOST B12. Not NONE, let me be clear, but if I need 50,000 IU of vit D, 400 isn't going to cut it, right?

B12 MUST be allowed to sit in your mouth long enough to go thru the mucous membrane thru to your blood. If you swallow it, it is lost, because your new plumbing prevents the proper action of B12 meeting up with its digestive mate, etc. Shots work, but not everyone can get or prefer them.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.
