Linda,

There's no question about it for one of my puppies (Teddy).  At 4 months old, he humps everyone and everything, every day.  The other dogs watch him with perplexed expressions on their faces.  My husband yells at him.  Teddy doesn't care.  He just goes for it.

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: creamy Parmesan seafood, broccoli
S: cheese stick
D: tofu in peanut sauce, barley mushroom asparagus salad
S: SF pudding

Giggle!! Hello my sweet Boo! I have cut my hours to 32,that way I never work more than 2 days straight,I am praying this is the answer. I rise at 4AM.and leave at 5:30,to make sure I am never late for my 7AM start. I use the disabilty bus,and if I wait until later, they may pick up 3 or 4 more people and I would be late.
I pray for you and your beautiful family every day.
So...I will have a little less money, but if it adds some quality to my life it is worth it.
Boo...I lost another 5 pounds,don't tell my doctor....grin.
You heard of that movie called "The Bucket List"?
You are on my bucket list,I want so badly one day to look at your lovely face and hug you.
I adore you Connie.

I have tell you, Linda, that every time I see your signature I am awed at your 301 pound weight loss.  That is simply amazing!

B - protein shake mixed with milk and yogurt
L - tilapia, half an apple w/peanut butter
D - homemade lentil soup w/shredded chicken in it, cheese stick
All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press
on to your destination.

Kate, what a kind thing to say. I would not have made it without my OFF family.I have told this group things you would not believe. That was a huge step for me,for I was raised to hold things in,add that to the isolation that is part of my eating disorder,it is a miracle indeed. I love OFF inclusive, even when they get into disagreements,I feel it is good, because all dialog is good. I try not to get my feelings hurt when someone PMs me with nonsense, why?? Because we are ill and trying to get better in our way.
I had so much to lose, that I just focused on living my new life, and stayed away from the scale, only weighing once a month.
I am so happy I am not on a diet and never have to be again.
Please stay with us,grow with us,cry with us,and laugh with us.
