Hey Everyone 

Well the sun is shining and it's suppose to hit 50 today, doing the happy dance 

Rocky and I will be going for a walk today at lunch, then hit the gym for some arm work after work...

Here is my workout for the day 

Standing Alternating Curl
Kneeling Kickback
Incline Curl
Single Arm Tri Rotation
Barbell Curl
Hammer

It's water aerobics today!
It's also National Walking Day today so I'm off shortly to walk outside durning lunchtime.
