Hi Judy.....I would just GOOGLE Bourbon Chicken recipes and see which one sounds closest to the one you have enjoyed in the food court.  Just a thought.   I do this all the time when I want a recipe.
Let us know if and when you find one and how it turns out.

I searched and finally found this recipe on the internet. It is a copycat of the Bourbon Chicken sold in Chinese carry-outs in my hometown. This recipe is so good that my sons gobble it up leaving me just a spoonful. Their excuse was they thought I had eaten.

Heck, I was waiting for the bourbon too! Why is it called Bourbon Chicken if there is no bourbon in it? Unless it makes you want a drink....just wondering.

What the heck is sleepmate anyway? I got one too and his name is Bill but I think I would take Brad....just a thought. After almost 21 years I am so tired of hearing my "Brad" snore. ha ha

I also keep waiting for "Carter" of "Carter Can" to come fix my carpentry messes! So far, alas, he hasn't shown up when I've called!

LOL, oh you two!  I told ya the sleepmate was recommended for actual sleep.  White noise.  No Brad Pitt or Carter.  I don't think my Rodney would approve.  Now, if you want to sleep good with "white noise" background, go with the machine "The Sleepmate".  Tell them Julia...........
Brenda, sorry that I didn't get to meet you or Floyd while I was in Indy visiting.
