May I take my iron ( ferrous fumarate) with calcium and 50,000 IU of Vitamin D?

Nope. No iron within 2 hours of the calcium. You can take Vit C when you take iron, or your iron when you take your mulit.

Thanks.  I just got my shipment from vitalady and bariatriceating.  I have had to make a schedule just to keep things straight.  I should have it down within a week.  So glad I ordered the Nectar.  Its the first protein supplement I actually like.  I mixed it with water... one scoop in a 20 oz bottle after drinking enough to make room for the protein.  It was good.  tonight I mixed it with natural orange crystal light.  That was good also.  I had 3 scoops today in addition to roasted chicken and a little peanut butter.  Only negative with my shipment was I ordered calcium with vitamin D.  I opened it, popped one in my mouth and then turned the bottle over and saw it also contained vitamin K.  that was not mentioned in the ad.  I take coumadin so can't have the K.  I don't know if I can send it back since it was opened.  Had to spit the dang thing out.  If I can't send it back my coumadin clinic might have to dose me accordingly.  I got a 90 day supply.  they really should have listed all the ingredients in the ad.

Again thanks

Thanks for answering.  I am taking the iron with my multi and B12 in the am.  I am taking calcium and D after lunch and a second calcium after dinner.  I then take another multi and B12 before bed.  Once I get this down to a routine I may add the supplement that helps with hair loss.  I seem to have a receeding hairline.  but first I have to get my D and ferretin levels up.

Thanks again
Linda

Good evening. I read your posts and went to the vitamin store....$225 later I got everything but the D3. Took them and....DAMN I'm full. LOL I sure hate to realize I've been taking too many things I didn't need and not enough of what I do. My main problem is that my I no longer see my surgeon at Stanford. My med ins did not have a gastric surgeon and referred me for my surgery. My PCP doesn't seem to be real up on the surgery. SHe has NEVER asked what I take and I've just gone along thinking I was doing the right thing. I Had a complete physical w/ labs recently but she never mentioned any results or my levels on same. Do you order your vits on line? Are there particular sites/stores where I may get the best price? Thanks for the help!!!
