OK,so we always say nothing is written in stone,so I stray from my plan and buy a redi-made salad,it was called shrimp crab louie, loaded with protein including a boiled egg which I did not eat. I eat about a 4th,then dear Romeo calls and I have to cut the conversation short,'cause I am sweaty and not sure if I will dump, which I did not,but I sweated much. I know I will not eat the rest, simple works for me..
B-Hi Fiber flakes and milk L-Cottage Cheese and Fruit ****tail D-dunno
I have noticed since WLS,food just ain't that darn important to me.
Everything I see,I put into groups, protein good, greasy gooey sugary stuff bad...I am grateful for this.

Jeane,I was a member of OA! It will definitely put food in it's proper place.
It makes you dig deep though.
Yeah,it was good talking to Romeo...smile.

Good morning Linda,

We just never know when a food will not be good for these pouches.

Today I will be VERY cautious with food choices. Jello, bananas and water for starters. The doctor suggested rice but that never sit well.

On the plus side, I spent the night asleep IN BED instead of in the bathroom. Life is looking up.

Linda,

I wonder why we get the sweats like that.  Bandsters don't dump, but sometimes when I eat the wrong thing or overeat or get food stuck in my stoma, I get the sweats.  Like my whole body is in distress over what's happening in my stomach.  Weird.

My day did not go as planned yesterday.  I recently finished a quilt for my bed and wanted to make appliqued pillows to coordinate, but somehow I screwed up my sewing machine and had to take it in for repair.  Meanwhile, I had laid out all the little cut applique fabric pieces on the bed I use as a table in my study, carefully arranged in the finished pattern.  But while our puppies were chasing Polly (our pug, who loves to tease them), Polly jumped up on the bed to escape them, right on top of the fabric pieces...totally rearranging them.  Then we had thunder and lightning most of the day, so I didn't want to turn the computer on.

But I did stick to my food plan yesterday.  One day down, 12000 to go!

B: coffee protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: sausage & bean casserole
S: cheese stick
D: pork chop, orange & lemon salad
S: white chocolate SF pudding

Jean as soon as you told me you laid your pieces down I knew the doggie got to them,I am so sorry!
I am going to be good today.

Morning to you, Linda. I hope that you are slowly starting to feel a bit better. You are such a special person to me and to others and I worry about you. I am not feeling to good this morning for some reason. I have a headache and I feel like ick for some reason. I have had 5 days of antibiotics but for some reason they don't seem to be working on this sinus thing going on.

Food today just doesn't seem to important to me. I don't know what I am going to do for it but will concentrate on protein and water. That is going to be the best that I can do today.

Hope things improve for you soon. I am keeping you and yours in my prayers and remember that I am sending love and big hugs your way, dear friend and sister.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
