It is good to hear from you! I learned a lot from everyone here. I do hope I was able to encourage others to hang in there. My next step is tummy tuck but I have to wait 14 more months. That is okay. I truly hope to maintain my weight and never gain any back. That will be a test for me. Thanks for your good words!
