Good morning everyone ~ this is my first post in your WLS 50 and over forum. I have been a quiet lurker for awhile now...just counting the days when I could come forward and join the club! :D I just celebrated my 50th this past Sunday, and am looking forward to another 50 healthy years! Thank you Mary! Its nice to know Im not the only newbie out here! :D I remember how excited I was prior to my surgery...I couldnt wait for the start of my NEW life....just wait until AFTER your surgery and you see how wonderful life starts to become as the pounds release from your body! It is so liberating!

Welcome and congrats on hitting 50. wish I could go back to that and do this surgery then. Am coming up to 59 and feeling far better than I did at 50.
