My son uses my car and I only drive once a month or so when I have an appt.  I have lost 55 lbs but have not been able to see any change.  Then last week I got in the car to go somewhere and guess what?!?!?!?!?!    My tummy did not touch the steering wheel!!!!!     Wheeeeeeee.   Not only that but there was lots of room between my belly and that darn steering whee.

Isn't it amazing how we are thrilled with smalll things now.  Skinnies would never know what we mean or how we feel.

Bette, please do what everyone told me to do and I never did. That is to write down all the WOW moments and what day they happened. Trust me on the fact that you will be glad that you did.

You go girl.......there are plenty more where that one came from too. And beleive me that they just keep getting better and better.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

W O W moments.  It doesn't take much to please us.  Room behind the steering wheel...yep remember that one.  Also being able to cross my legs...tie my shoes...buckle the seat belt in airplanes...walk thru turnstiles( that's a biggie)

You will have many wow moments that only we can undertand.  It's such fun.

Congratulations!

After losing just 30# I've noticed more room between me and that wheel. Those things pop up suddenly!

Ya know...I kinda feel sorry for Skinnies. They'll never know these kinds of Wow's and won't appreciate their health like we do.
