Medicare
Medicare has some different hoops to jump through I think. It also depends on the co-mirbidities too I think. But since I am not on Medicare I am not the one that really knows. I do know that there are ones on here that Medicare did cover I beleive.

that tells what kind of life you have lived.
Medicare has strict guidelines....but if you meet all their requirements,
i.e., over 100 lbs overweight, bmi over 40, and co-morbidities....you are automatically covered......HOWEVER, at the time I had my surgery in
Aug. 2007 - they only covered lap band and RNY.....that may have changed since, your surgeon will know.
It doesn't depend on where you live.....it's a government insurance for everyone over 65.
