This happened to all of us ......scared and nervous about the surgery, but believe me when I say, you will be a happier healthier person when you lose the wt. and that's what it's all about.   It will be here before you know it ....so just keep keeping on...

Best wishes for a successful surgery and easy recovery.   We're dusting off a spot for you on the loser's bench.

Are you drinking plenty of water? Sometimes if you don't get enough it can drag you down.

We have all felt scared...you will be just fine. You will feel so much better and healthier when the surgery is over. Hang in there you can do it!!!!

Trust me......we have all been where you are at right now. You will wonder after surgery what the whole big deal was. It is normal not to have as much energy since your body is use to getting more. It will be fine and then before you know it........bam it is done and you are into the new and exciting life that it is suppose to be like.

Remember that we are here for you to give you support and whatever else you need from us. When you get tired and don't feel like you can go another minute just come to us and we will be here for you.

Good luck and know that I am sending love, hugs and plenty of prayers for you and your new life.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

You wouldn't be normal if you didn't feel that way...
Don't worry, I am saving you a nice spot on the loser's bench right next to me!
