I'm new to this forum
Hi All. I posted a message on another forum asking if I am the oldest person on OH. I am 69 and was banded 12-19-08. Several very nice member wrote and invited me over to this forum. I always read it but have never posted.

I don't know if you are the oldest ... but who cares? We love everyone the same! It's a great group ... join in! I'm nearly 5 years out and this was the best step I have ever made ... I don't go to a support group because of my work schedule (I work evenings, the groups around here meet eveings), so this is my support system. I couldn't have managed to lose my weight without these folks.

Welcome to OFF, Bette. I think that this is the greatest place in OH to be. Everyone is so warm and loving and really cares about you. There is a wealth of knowledge and if you ask a question there will be someone able to answer it for you. It is so nice to come to OFF and feel the unconditional love from everyone. Please post often so we can get to know you and don't forget to join us in a cozy chair and your favorite cuppa what ever and share your days and evenings with us when you can.
