Hey Everyone 

It's Friday come on and get happy 

My DH is on the road so I am going to take advantage of it and get the house cleaned and all the laundry done, so I am taking a day off from the gym but not from Movin that is for sure 

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Let's go  , let's have fun    and blast the calories away

30 minutes on the treadmill

Kathy - I didn't get to post yesterday and didn't see the thread for today...  but I have kept up with my walking either at the hospital or on the treadmill for 30 min each day... I also take the sterile water bottles that weigh 2.17 pounds and use them for arm weights and do serveral reps of different things in hopes of working off the wings that are waving at me.... LOL

And I am seeing a downward trend in the scales again... Thank goodness!
