Jeane, when I started this,Nancy B was doing it. She later disclosed that it was crazy for her, because of the time zone, but mostly due to her computer and the electricity and coldness in Canada.
There are no toe stepping on here.
We are all here for our recovery, and we help anyway we can. I do look forward to hearing from my buddies every day,in any way...smile.

Hi Linda - glad to see you posting this morning - or afternoon!  Whatever works, right?

I am so tickled - the scales are moving in the right direction again and I contribute it to setting a goal of walking at least 30 minutes every day and journaling... And I love coming here to see what everyone else is doing.

Today - Muscle Milk light shake
Plan to have shrimp and ****tail sauce
maybe my favorite tomato soup with parmesan cheese

snacks:  cottage cheese with jello and pineapple - I call it fluff!

Good afternoon to you, my sweet Linda! I hope that today is going well for you. Mine is if I could just get warm for a minute. I am so cold and the heat is on 80 but still freezing! It is cold, wet and snowy here today. Just icky all the way around if you ask me but then again who asked me?

Here is the menu for the day.........

B: 5 grapes and 5 small cube things of cheese and a small glass of milk
this is compliments of coffee hour after church today
L: 1/2 a deli peppered turkey breast sandwich with mustard
D: meat loaf and steamed veggies
S: not sure

Have a wonderful day and remember that I am sending love and hugs to you along with lots of prayers too!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
