Congrats Margo! Five years. . . Just picture where you would be had you not had surgery. Even tho I still fight the food demons and am not as faithful to exercising as I should be I am so much healthier than I was prior to having surgery. I am sure you are too. Hugs!

Morning All,

I'm off to do my walk in a minute or two; didn't walk yesterday so I have to get out today.  So far I've logged 35 miles in getting ready for the 3-Day in August.

Tonight is a genealogy meeting.  I made a cheese log for the snack table.  I won't eat any because I drink coffee during the break, but it's fun for me to "cook" something unhealthy once in a while and this meeting fits the bill because someone else will do the eating, not me!

Have a peaceful day everyone . . .

Elaine
All you need is the plan, the road map, and the courage to press
on to your destination.

Hi Gang, Happy Surgiversary, Margo! That is so awesome. I am getting ready for more snow. We just had a major blizzard on monday and now the wind is howling and the  sky is super cloudy. Enough already! I am not doing much exciting. My DH and I are planning a trip to Nashville and Memphis this summer. Hopefully we won't die from the heat. Have a great day. Mona

Good morning to you Janet and my other OFF family. I am here and that is about the best I can say today.

I am just tired today for some reason. I would just love to sit here all day and vegetate but that isn't going to happen today. Unfortunate.....that is the best that I can say.

I have to take Carol for her neonatal stress test this afternoon. I have to leave to go get her at 1 which is the same time as Bill leaves for work. I haven't taken her for a week so I am not sure if she has had one or not. She was asking her friend or her sister to take her but it seems since I started taking her she no longer has a way to get there. Interesting to me........but who knows. All I know is that she is suppose to have them 2 times a week and a weekly ultrasound too.

It is cold and gray here today. No sun or anything to make it easier to deal with. I can do so much more if I see the sun shine. Oh well, what am I going to do but just take it and go on?

I better go. Breakfast is calling and I am answering since I am hungry this morning. I am sending love and hugs to all and prayers are going up for everyone too. Have a wonderful day and don't forget to smile.

Good Morning!  It is a beautiful sunny day here.  Tomorrow I will be seeing the nutritionist for the first time.  I have to go over to Seattle for the appointment.  An hour drive and an hour ferry ride.  Luckily the nut is near Pikes Place Market and other tourist spots.

It is about 10 minutes past morning here. Boss just went to yoga, I am so glad.. I need the break. I am helping her with reports that should take 20- 30 minutes. We are on hour 3, when the director came in to say time to go to yoga she said I can't go I have to do this, I said GO GO I will finish them, she was like, oh are you sure. inside I was begging Pleasseee go. When she comes back in 45 minutes I will have it all laid out for her, and that is even with making a cheese broil and taking time to say HI to all of you.. Margo I am so proud of you.. Janet I agree with you, about the men, I really am soooo much happier on my own. And I do have Chuck to now and then spend some time with. But if he were to dissapear I wouldn't mind. Well better get my ( HER)work done.. Blessings

Hi All,
It's another beautiful sunny spring day in California. I had an exciting event yesterday...I have a double ant farm with tubes that they use to go from one side to another. Yesterday my assistant noticed a lone ant on my books. Oh my gosh- one of the tubes was undone and ALL of the ants were missing. These are HUGE red ants and there were about twenty of them. I did find ten of them hanging around and got them back into the farm, but the rest are AWOL. I'm still searching for them...
This evening I have a Special Olympics benefit dinner. And then we are at Friday already. We only have two months left of school.
Congrats Margo on your 5 year accomplishment! And Happy Birthday Susan tomorrow!
